Good Afternoon Mr. Bonilla,
I hope you are keeping cool in this summer heat wave.
As for the Florida Ave Park Project it’s my understanding that an award letter has been sent to the selected contractor and the contract package will be sent to the City Council by the end of this week.
BTW – An award letter informs the contractor that his proposal has been tentatively approved pending final review and approval from the City Council.
As always, thanks for the opportunity to provide you with an update. I will keep you updated as the project develops.
