Councilmember Harry Thomas introduces new legislation to regulate Special Signs/Billboards within Ward 5

Councilmember Harry Thomas wants to bring 8, but no more than 12, “special signs” billboards to Ward 5, where they are currently prohibited. See his proposed legislation below… and let him know if you don’t want it.

Billboard Update: Clear Channel Granted Temporary Restraining Order
