He tore down and built a new porch for me that came out exactly the way I wanted it. After signing the contract, Ken had the entire old porch dismantled the next morning, and was building a new one the day after. I also found him to be honest and attentive. Ken embodies the opposite of every nightmare contractor story I so often hear.
