From a North Capitol Street NW resident (from Bloomingdale listserv):  I recommend without hesitation the gentleman who did our fence and the bars on our back door and, by the way, did the fencing of the GORGEOUS house at 1st and V St NW, northeast corner.  Dude is an artist and a professional. He gave us a good price, came when he said he would and finished the job in the time he said he would. Highly, highly recommend him.
