Owner here: I’m shocked at the assumptions in these few posts. A hostel is a by-right use, and if the project were to take off, it would not only be a licensed use, it would make an excellent contribution to the neighborhood. From what I can see, o street isn’t even within the bates association map. If I’m correct, thank god. This project, if it becomes a reality, will meet all district requiremts. The comments, all due respect here, are small minded.
