I would really like to find someone who would like to contribute on Real Estate issues in our neighborhood. This is such an important topic. Is there a realtor in the neighborhood who would like to keep us up to date on these issues? Let us know.
In the meantime, I saw talk of this web site on the Bloomingdale listserv, who in turn got it from the InShaw blog. Block Shopper. It seems to combine personal information with real estate sales database information on people selling homes. It also has a lot of information aggregation. For example, when I did a search about the 20001 zip code, I found which houses had been sold, what kind of sale they were and what were sales trends. Check it out here.
