Alice Thompson from the Mayor’s office asked BACA to post a notice about the Mayor’s ribbon cutting for the reopening of the Theodore R. Hagans, Jr. Cultural Center, which isn’t near us, but is in Ward 5.  The ceremony is April 13, 2009. Press release is here.
