Recovery of a Red Scooter Near 1st & P St NW
On 4/9/09, the Fifth District Auto Theft Unit arrested a juvenile near 1st and P Street NW for operating a red Magnum scooter. The scooter appears to have been stolen (punched ignition, punched seat lock, punched gas cap).
The juvenile mentioned that “he heard” the scooter was found on Fifth Street.
Please pass this around to your neighbors so we can additionally charge the juvenile with the stolen scooter.
