WashBiz Journal reports that DOJ recently upped its lease to occupy all 575,790 square feet in the the building, at 145 N St. NE. It is part of the 1.6 million square-foot mixed-use development that will include a Harris Teeter grocery store, a Hilton Garden Inn, a residential building and another office space.  Doesn’t say when.  This is right over by the NY Ave metro and all the little eateries over there.
