With the support of Alice Harper and CSOSA, the Flower Power Committee and community members lead a great effort to collect trash from the streets and sidewalks in our neighborhood. Our appreciation to all that participated and to Derek Vollmer from the Flower Power Committee on taking the lead on these efforts and to Alice Harper for always being a great resource to our community.

During the clean up a few of the neighbors and a couple of CSOSA folks put in a tree box in front of the Bates Market, scrounging together some plants to put in there. Kristin and I went separately to Old City Green and bought a few things at their sale to add later. We are proud. Check it out.
