Title: Staffing Coordinator
Reports To: PCA Program Manager
Supervises: CNAs, HHAs, Companion Sitters
Location: Designated Branch Office
Classification: Exempt
Summary and Responsibilities:
Coordinates the schedules of staff engaged in caring for elderly, convalescent or handicapped persons in a home environment.
1. Coordinate the staffing of cases utilizing a priority staffing system to ensure that the staffing needs of critical patients are met, adjusting work schedules to meet coverage needs.
2. Maintain active care provider list.
3. Receive referrals from all sources.
4. Assist with filing and chart maintenance.
5. Provide on-call service on a rotating basis.
6. Coordinate data entry in the patient database for all visits scheduled.
7. Process employment applications and assists in other employment activities.
