“Thank you for the interest and support shown by you and the other community members who took the time to attend and participate in last Wednesday’s TRO hearing in Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc. v. District of Columbia (Civ. No. 7776-09).  A status hearing to schedule a preliminary injunction hearing is set for November 6, at 10:30 a.m., before Judge Motley in Courtroom 112 at the D.C. Superior Court.  Community members are, of course, welcome to attend any of the hearings in the case. ”
