Council Member Thomas and Mr. Norwood,
I apologize for not sending this sooner. I wanted to express my gratitude and sure the gratitude of many of my neighbors for your response to our request to have our area streets cleaned. I was most impressed with the late hours snow plows worked to clear streets before the second storm hit us.
I also noticed Mr. Norwood you personally were driving around our neighborhood on Thursday inspecting the progress being made. We are slowly making progress and hope that after next week once trash collection is back to a normal schedule and alleys are cleared, we can focus our energy on continuing to improve our neighborhood.
