The Ward 5 Mini Commission on Aging is conducting a survey of community needs of Ward 5 senior citizen residents. Attached is a survey that we ask you fill out to help us to better focus on the priority needs of our senior residents.
The intent of the Mini Commission on Aging is to provide a vehicle for addressing the issues that affect the 15,000 Ward 5 senior citizens. The mission of the Mini Commission on Aging is to serve as an advisory board to the DC Commission on Aging and be representatives on senior issues for their respective neighborhood.
