Bates Area Civic Association

On Saturday between 7:45 and 9AM a whole bunch of people running the National Marathon, Half-marathon, and Half-marathon Relay will be making their way down North Capitol. Please come out to cheer on the runners (including me)! P and North Capitol is just before the 10 mile mark so the Half-marathon runners will need lots of encouragement to finish their race. The Marathoners will need your cheers to keep them going for the remaining16.5 miles they have left. Last year there were some great spectators and as a runner, I’d love to see some familiar faces cheering us all on.
