Around P St and North Cap, a woman ran back inside her home, leaving her car running with her one-year-old in the back. When she returned someone was pulling off in her car. The thief ditched the car a few blocks away in the 200 block of N Street in Northwest behind Dunbar High school. The baby was found safe inside.
