Please be aware that it seems like the group of 5 or so young men are back into mugging and snatching in our area. Today, there was a snatching at 1500 N Capitol ST and on the 13th a robbery with force and violence at First and O ST NW. Usually, these young men attack their victims from behind, force them to the ground and rob them. They take off running on O ST into the alley that connects to Hanover ST. Please be careful.
