If you have been in Home Depot on Rhode Island Ave in the last couple of months, you may have noticed as I have that the customer services has infinitely improved. Someone talked with me for a half an hour today discussing a ceiling fan I needed to purchase and considering with me all the nuances of the purchase. Then i went to get some of that white roof paint and another person approached me and discussed with me how to apply the paint, how to seal a opening i have on the roof, what order to do it and which products were better. Then I went to the Customer Service desk to see if I could get a receipt for a purchase from long ago and was nicely helped. Finally, someone asked to assist me to load my car. I inquired whether they had implemented measures in order to improve service and indeed they have. The Rhode Island Home Depot is really turning around. If you’ve hated going there, I recommend a renewed try.
