Thank you Department of Public Works and Director Howland for providing the tools, mulch and bags for our community clean up and beautification day. Thank you MPD for your presence and support. Asst. Chief Groomes, thank you for making a visit and talking to our neighbors. The quality of the mulch was excellent and not a shovel of mulch was left on the ground.
Sometimes we focus on things that an agency may not do right, but fail to recognize what is done well. Well done DPW in working weekends to support our efforts and to keep our city and neighborhood cleaners. We could not have done it without your support and MPDs ongoing presence. What a great way to bring neighbors together.
