3103.2 and 3104.1, for a variance from the apartment conversion requirements under subsection 330.5(e), a variance from the lot area requirements under subsection 401.3, and a special exception from the roof structure requirements under subsection 411.11, to allow the renovation and conversion of a vacant building last used as a public school into an apartment house in the R-4 District at premises 27 O Street, N.W. (Square 616, Lot 866).
