We will be meeting with Metropolitan Police on Wednesday, October 19th from 7pm – 8:30pm at the Harry Thomas Rec. Center. During this meeting, we will discuss the shooting that took place on Saturday, October 15 at 3am. See the email from Commander Solberg.

Subject: [MPD-5D] Shooting in the 200 block of Q St., NW
This morning, Saturday, October 15, about 3 am, three men were shot in the 200 block of Q St., NW. The victims report that they were walking in the block when they heard gunshots and realized they had been struck. Two of the men were struck in the leg, and one in the hand. The injuries are not life threatening. We do not have much information on this shooting, and ask that anyone who may have seen or heard anything contact MPD at 727-9099.
