Truxton Circle (as called by the Washington Post Real Estate section) has some interesting but I don’t think accurate statistics on our neighborhood.
I believe the percent of Owner-occupied homes has increased in the last 5 years to over 40%.
The Crime Statistics are also misleading, comparing personal risk to National Averages instead of urban cities.
Worth looking the different tabs though.
