1. Mr. Ray Nix, Project Representative, Urban Matters Development Partner L.L.C – developer of the M.M. Washington School. Mr. Nix will provide on update on the redevelopment of the school into a senior housing complex.

Ms. Marie Maxwell, BACA Resident – Ms. Maxwell will provide an overview of a project to document the historic value of Truxton Circle through the Census data and maps. Ms. Maxwell is also applying for a grant from the Commission on Arts and Humanities fro this project.
