1. Ms. Jackie Stanley – Ms. Stanley will provide an introduction to the District’s Department of General Services (DGS). DGS is a newly formed agency that combined the Capital Projects & Maintenance Staff of various agencies.

 Mr. Aaron Hirsch, Business Developer – Mr. Hirsch seeks community input and support to obtain a zoning variance that would enable him to open The Garden State Restaurant in our community. The first sit down restaurant in our neighborhood.

Ms. Jennifer Ragins, BACA Resident – Ms. Ragins is one of the founders of the Bates Area Civic Association and will share highlights of her manuscript documenting the history of our neighborhood.
