The DC Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) recently announced summer hours for the city’s vehicle inspection station. Beginning Tuesday, June 5, the facility (located at 1001 Half Street, SW), will open and close one hour earlier to accommodate the warmer summer days. Summer operation hours will be 6:00am-2:00pm.
Customers are also encouraged to stay alert to possible “code red” days which result in the inspection station operating on different hours. For more information on the DMV’s inspection station or to check station hours, please click here.
