Neighbors, it is time to nominate your garden or your neighbors gardens as the BEST in the neighborhood for our Flower Power Garden Walk.
Flower Power 2012
The Bates Area Civic Association is sponsoring Flower Power 2012 – a beautification program for our neighborhood. Awards will be given for the beautification of residences. Areas that are to be judged for a Flower Power award include front yard, back yard, and tree box. Nominations for Flower Power awards will be accepted until June 16, 2012.
