Hi all and sorry for the lengthy delay since my last post! In conjunction with the North Cap Beach Bingo project, though, we held this profile, about Janet Stedmen and neighborhood stalwart Jam Doung Style, for the newest issue of the Ward 5 Heartbeat. Check it out!
[Janet] had just graduated from school to learn radiation therapy, but had already decided it wasn’t the field for her. “So I opened a restaurant,” she explains, laughing, “because whenever I cooked, people would always say, ‘Janet, you should open a restaurant!’”
