Family Movie Night: “Rio” National Night Out – NoMA

Join us next Tuesday, August 7 at First and L Streets, NW for the final installment of NoMa’s Family Movie Night series. We will be showing the film, “Rio,” about a domesticated blue macaw that gets pushed into a whirlwind adventure throughout Rio in his efforts to return home.

This event coincides with National Night Out, a police department-organized event that promotes nighttime safety for families and children. MPD representatives will be present with cupcakes and chips, and NoMa BID will offer sandwiches and fruit. The event will start at 7:30 p.m. with food, face painting, and sustainable crafts by SCRAP DC. The film will begin at dark.
