The 2012 North Capitol Main Street and Community Festival can not become a reality without volunteers.
It is time to stop complaining about all the things that could be taking in place in our neighborhood and actually make those things happen. So please come out and be a part of the positive change taking place.
Volunteers are needed to help collect the necessary signatures to close down the unit block of T Street for the festival. Volunteers are also needed for the actual date of the event on October 7.
