Single Lane Closures Planned for New York Avenue
(Washington, D.C.) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will be conducting routine maintenance inspections on the 9th Street Bridge in northeast Washington on Thursday, October 18, 2012; weather permitting.
Rotating single lane closures (left lane to right lane) will be required on New York Avenue between T Street, NE and Brentwood Parkway, NE and on Mt Olivet Road, NE from 9:30 am to 3:30pm to minimize the impact on traffic and safely perform these inspections.
DDOT encourages all motorists traveling through these work zones to stay alert and follow all work zone signage.
