DDOT MEGA PROJECTS CBE/DBE OUTREACH EVENT

Discussion of 2012-2015 Architectural, Engineering, and Construction Opportunities

 (Washington, D.C.) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will host an outreach event on December 4, 2012 to help Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and the District’s Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) learn more about accessing megaproject contract opportunities related to discuss project opportunities as related to the agency’s Anacostia Waterfront Initiative (AWI) program, 11th Street Bridge, and DC Streetcar projects. Other topics to be covered during this session include an overview of the First Source requirements.

This session is intended to provide CBE and DBE consultants and contractors with the information and access to resources needed to expand their business.

Participants will be able to ask the questions that are critical for targeting specific project opportunities and networking .  Panelists will include a representative from each of the megaproject teams and General Contractors and Design-Build teams.  Questions about this meeting may be directed to Endrea Frazier at efrazier@legiondesign.com.
