The Metropolitan Police Department’s annual Community Service effort is taking place through Monday, November 19, 2012. Food 4 Families Thanksgiving Food Drive boxes have been located at various businesses around the city, including local police stations. The Verizon Center will also be a collection point all day on Monday, November 19th from 6am to 6pm (F. St, NW side).
