April is Litter Month. The Bates Area Civic Association will be sponsoring a Neighborhood Clean Up and Beautification.
A Volunteer to Chair the Beautification Committee and Volunteers are needed to:
- Apply for a Grant to fund plants for tree boxes
- Identify which streets/tree boxes will we beautify? (N Cap, Florida, New Jersey?)
- Coordinate Helping Hands Application (DPW program that delivers mulch/compost and provides trash bags and tools)
- Organize and after party
