Get answers to all of these questions and more by joining the DC Department of Public Works (DPW) Helping Hand Program’s online chat Thursday, April 25 at noon, featuring Frager’s Hardware garden manager Christine Moschetti.
DPW’s Helping Hand Program helps community groups organize neighborhood clean-up and community garden projects by lending tools, trash bags, and providing free compost.
