Dear Neighbors,
Why do we oppose the illegal construction of the 144 parking lot? Well, take a look for yourself. These photos show when green space was available for children to play on, when even with green space P and First St floods and how this illegal construction done without environmental impact studies (which lead to fines by the DC Department of the Environment) place us at a higher risk of flooding.
