The Lobby Project Unveiled: Harriet Tregoning Nerds Out December 3

The Lobby Project officially launched last Thursday, November 14 with an art opening for Gabriel Mellan’s interactive exhibit. A buzz of excited attendees enjoyed poking the engaging sound sculpture, entitled Heptachord, curated by the Washington Project for the Arts. Gabriel’s work will continue to be on display through December 9.
Don’t miss ‘Nerds in NoMa’, on Tuesday, December 3 for a free speaker series that will let you explore the wonders of temporary urbanism from 6-8 PM. There will be six nights of nerdery, and the first set of talks, investigating temporary urbanism, will kick-off on Tuesday, December 3 from 6-8 PM. Bring your happy hour crowd for a few drinks and learn something new from the city’s top experts, including Director of the DC Office of Planning Harriet Tregoning, Founder and Managing Partner of verdeHOUSE Morgan Greenhouse and Co-owner and CFO of BicycleSPACE Erik Kugler. Camden NoMa Now Leasing 321 Apartments

Camden NoMa is now leasing 321 apartments in the heart of NoMa. Residents can lease apartments ranging from studios to two bedrooms with a den, featuring unique floor plans, a rooftop pool lounge, and a colorful fitness area. The apartments range from 462 SF to 1,360 SF, and rents are between $1,550 to $3,900. The brand new residential building touts comfortable community spaces, sustainable Energy Star stainless steel appliances, a ‘paw spa’ and is entirely smoke-free.
“Camden’s opening will bring still more people to NoMa,” said Robin-Eve Jasper, President of the NoMa Business Improvement District. “The neighborhood has become a very exciting and hip place to live.” Including Camden NoMa, 1,338 new apartments will be open in NoMa by next summer, bringing the neighborhood’s total to 3,945 total residential units.
