Many of you may have noticed tree vandalism in BACA and Bloomingdale recently.  The suspect was observed in the act and was arrested yesterday; however, he was released from custody this morning and is homeless.  This link includes more info and a description from an eye witness: wearing dark clothing, with multiple layers, 5’5″ or so, heavily bearded and worn face (as of yesterday).
