Uncle Chip’s Lobby Project Cafe Closes

Thank you to Shannon Boyle, the owner of Uncle Chip’s Cookies for bringing her scrumptious morning treats and French-pressed coffee to the Lobby Project Café each weekday morning from November to April! Uncle Chip’s Cookies is a local DC business with a brick and mortar space at 1514 North Capitol Street, NW who operated a pop-up café in conjunction with the Lobby Project. Uncle Chip’s continued to operate the Lobby Project café for an additional month after the formal conclusion of the pilot period. Due to an increase in customers with the spring weather, Uncle Chip’s will leave the Lobby Project space to focus on their primary brick and mortar location. Stay tuned for more programming in the Lobby Project in October.
