Good Afternoon All:
Please join the District of Columbia Office on Aging in Collaboration with the Capital City Chapter of the Links, Incorporated on Saturday, May 3, 2014 from 10 am – 3 pm for a Community Health and Wellness Fair at the Community Academy Public Charter Schools Amos 3 Campus, 1400 First Street, NW in Ward 5. Greetings from John M. Thompson, Ph.D., FAAMA, Executive Director of the District of Columbia Office on Aging and Keynote Speaker, famed Med Star Washington Hospital Center Cardiologist, Dr. Patricia Davidson will discuss Heart Health with visuals. And Dr. Willie Jolley, the Attitude and Achievement Expert; will be on hand to motivate us all!
Health screenings will be available commencing at 10 am. Morning healthy snacks and a box lunch will be provided to early arrivals. Plenty of on-site parking will be available.
