| Small Business Workshop at NOMA Workspaces |
| The Small Business Administration and NOMA Workspaces are hosting a free, small business workshop on Tuesday, March 10 from 8:30-11 AM. Speakers at the workshop include David White from Wells Fargo Bank, Polina Bakhteiarov and Sandra Gomez from the Great Streets Grant Program, Shara A. Gibson from the DC Department of Small and Local Business Development Program, and Alexandra Piotrowski from the Small Business Administration.
NOMA Workspaces provides virtual offices, co-working spaces, meeting rooms and private offices for start-ups, entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations and more. | Synchronicity in Concert at NPR |
| Head over to NPR on March 20 for a free evening concert featuring the musical group Synchronicity. Synchronicity’s music is described as a blend of classical string and flute instrumentation with African-based percussion. Doors open at 6 PM, and the concert begins at 7 PM. | Road Closures on March 14 |
The Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon and Half Marathon comes to DC in a few weeks, which will cause several road closures in the area. On Saturday, March 14, from 7 AM-12:15 PM, expect closures in NoMa along the following roads:
