On Friday, March 4, 2016 a friend while visiting car was broken into and his briefcase stolen. I first became aware of this matter when Ofc.Brown, Badge #44988 came to my house.The police report number is CCN#16-033-5444.
I am pleading with the person or persons who are familiar to return the briefcase. There will be no questions asked.
A reward of $50 cash is being offered immediately upon receipt of the briefcase and its contents. There are many personal and family items in the briefcase which he would love to recover.
Feel free to leave the briefcase on the sidewalk in front of 117 P Street, NW, the place where the incident occured.
