SMD meeting flyer (November 2016)
Commissioner Bradley A. Thomas (ANC5E05) is holding his next Single Member District (SMD) meeting this Saturday, November 12th, beginning at 9:30 am at Dunbar Senior High School.

Since time will be very tight, we will start right at 9:30 so if you are interested in the first item and you are 15 minutes late, you will miss that discussion.
The meeting will feature the long-awaited follow-up with the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) on the issues we raised with the agency back in July.
Also featured is the architect who is seeking a BZA variance to do a major renovation of the long vacant property at 1530 3rd Street, NW, the owner/developer of the former Steve’s Market site at 1st and P Streets, NW, and the developer seeking a zoning change for the vacant lot at North Capitol Street and Hanover Place, NW.
All of these matters are very important to our neighborhood so I encourage all who can to attend.
