…well, at least for some folks.  The City Paper says: Rents Are Rising in Washington D.C.—Unlike Anywhere Else with the exception of Houston. Washington has the “second-best apartment rental market in the U.S., with rental income down less than 1percent,” according to Forbes magazine.
