The Baltimore City Police Department is investigating a double shooting that resulted in the death of one victim and the critical wounding of the second. Both victim’s were respected members of Baltimore’s gay community. It has come to my attention that ties or relationship may exist between the DC and Baltimore LGBTQA communities. It is because of these potential ties that I bring this incident to your attention. I would also respectfully request that if possible, the attached flyers be distributed among your City’s LGBTQA community.
