Bates Area Civic Association

Common Good City Farm, the community vegetable garden at the old Gage School, is having a “farm workday” this Saturday [March 21, 2009] from 10 am – 1 pm.  We’ll be shoveling soil to prepare the farm, we may plant some seeds and paint signs.  Kids welcome if accompanied by an adult.  We have gloves and tools for you, so you only need to bring water to drink.
