In the last few days, we’ve had a home theft on 1600 block of NJ Ave, a car theft near there, and an assault with a gun on 4th/NJ Ave. These are reasons to join the neighborhood safety walks. Next one is on Mar 24, 2009. They start at Mt. Sinai Church at 3rd/Q St NW at 6:30 am and go for about 45 min. Contact dcbonsa@yahoo.com for info.
