Gage-Eckington School Re-use

Weekly meetings have been held throughout the community over the last month to encourage brainstorming of park features. The District and its landscape architects, Lee + Papa and Associates, have drafted three concepts incorporating park features that the residents have requested (see on the web site).

Demolition of the former Gage-Eckington School is scheduled to start on or about June 1. Construction of the park is slated to begin on or about September 1.

Next meeting is APR 28 to be involved in the planning of the park.
