Cary Silverman, the president of the Mt. Vernon Square Neighborhood Association emailed me to let BACA know that he sent a letter to DCRA urging that they enforce the city’s longstanding billboard moratorium and address several violations throughout the Mt. Vernon and Shaw neighborhoods – including ours.
