Bates Area Civic Association

Last night sometime between 2am-5am about 7-8 cars were vandalized in
the 400 block of O Street NW.

All cars had they’re side windows smashed, some had the front/rear
windows busted. Few items stolen, no details.

I spotted a young 5.6″ slim black male with dreads in the alley by Bundy
and 411 O Street NW about 1:30am, he claimed he did not know it was a
dead-end alley.

Did anyone see anything?
