The District is being sued by Clear Channel over removal of some billboards, note the folks at the Bates Area Civic Association.

We’re the new neighbors on the block! I’m going to try to make it to the hearing today if I can break out for a bit… Does anyone know what the process of the hearing will be? I’m guessing the discussion will be limited to counsel from both sides.
